About Our Company

Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning is a veteran & family owned HVAC company providing quality HVAC repair and installation services to the Metro Atlanta, GA area since 1968. Today we have offices in Cumming and Conyers, GA as well as Chattanooga, TN. Each branch has an experienced manager and a fully qualified staff. When we started, we had only 2 men and two trucks. Today we are one of the largest HVAC contractors in the southeast and have installed over 275,000 mechanical systems, large and small.

Our ongoing, in-house, “on the job” training programs keep our staff up to date on the newest products and materials. All of our departments are staffed with dedicated and experienced personnel. A large percentage of these people have in excess of 20-30 years in this industry, with several employees that have been with us for 10 to 20-plus years. We take pride in our fine workmanship and are always striving to improve. Our Guarantees

Performance Guarantee

Reliance Heating and Air guarantees that when the equipment we have installed is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, the system will perform as we have stated and agreed upon. This guarantee is meant to guarantee that the equipment we install is sized accurately for the home at the time of installation. It does not cover situations where the home does not maintain proper temperature caused by a component or part failure.

Insurance Information

Our company is insured for our customers’ safety. All our employees are also insured with Workman’s Compensation and General Liability Insurance. Your security and peace of mind is our top priority. All employees have background checks and drug screenings.
